What medium do you work in?
I work primarily in acrylic on canvas or paper. Details are listed under each piece.
Are paintings sold framed?Most pieces are sold unframed, painted around the edges to hang as they are. Few pieces are framed and details are listed under each piece. If you'd like a frame arranged, please get in touch.
Do you take commissions or collaborations?I'm not currently accepting commissions — I prefer to follow my own direction in the studio. However, I'm always open to collaborations, exhibition opportunities and curatorial projects. Please get in touch via the contact page.
Will my painting be ready to hang?Yes — all paintings on canvas arrive with secure D-rings and wire, ready for the wall. Paintings on paper are carefully shipped flat (or rolled, for larger pieces) and need framing to hang.
Can I see new work before it's listed?Yes — newsletter subscribers see new paintings before they go public. Sign up at the bottom of the page, or follow @madam.creativestudio on Instagram for studio updates.
How are paintings shipped?Carefully packed and tracked, with full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
Can I visit your studio?Studio visits in Nottingham are possible by arrangement. Please get in touch to set up a time.
How do I buy a painting?Please use the contact form to enquire. I'll respond with payment details and arrange shipping.
Will my painting come with a certificate?Yes — every original painting includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
