Shipping & Returns

Every painting is handled personally — I treat each sale as a one-to-one conversation. For specific shipping details, packing arrangements or delivery timing, please email me at madam.creativestudio@gmail.com before purchasing and I'll arrange everything individually.

Shipping

Paintings are carefully packed and shipped tracked and insured. I aim to dispatch within 5 working days of an enquiry being confirmed.

For international shipping or larger pieces, please contact me in advance so I can provide a tailored shipping quote.

Any customs duties or import taxes on international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.

Studio collection

Local buyers in Nottingham are very welcome to collect from the studio — just let me know.

Damaged in transit

If a painting arrives damaged, please email me with photographs within 7 days of delivery. I'll arrange a refund or replacement.

Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your painting to let me know if you'd like to return it. The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and refunds are issued within 14 days of the painting safely arriving back with me.

International orders
